Change state of Window on line

If I have a Main Window Not Mdi
Can I change the state on Mdi on line and viceversa ?

Since from 1991/1992 ( fw for clipper Rel. 14.4 - Momos)

You have to destroy it and create a MDI one

you Know how insert the activex to view a webpage into window not MDI ?
