To define alignnment of headers and footers

Mr. Rao:

Is it possible to define the alignment of the headers and footers
in the same way that the alignment of the cells is defined with JUSTIFY?

JUSTIFY {AL_LEFT,AL_RIGHT,AL_RIGHT,AL_RIGHT,AL_LEFT,AL_LEFT,AL_LEFT,AL_RIGHT,AL_RIGHT,AL_CENTER,AL_CENTER};
