bfooter xbrowse error

I have :

                    WITH OBJECT  oLbx:aCols[ 2]
                         :nFooterType      := AGGR_SUM
                         :bFooter   := { || TRAN(aFiles[ oLbx:nAt,2 ]/1000,"@E 999,999,999 ")+" KB"  }
                         :cEditPicture := "@E 999,999,999 "
                      END

why it make error ?

Since from 1991/1992 ( fw for clipper Rel. 14.4 - Momos)
