VS Comunity 32 bits en Win 10 64 bit

Hello, Is there a way to instal VS Comunity 32 bits in Win 10 64 bits? How please?

There's a los PC with Windows 32 bits here in my country.

Install the 64 bit version. You can create 32 bit programs with it.
