I use Collaboration Data Objects for sending emails via gmail. Once I get it working it seems to work well. Problem I run into is when moving it to another site and the ports may not be open. Is see that inbound we need 993, and 995, and outbound I am using 465 outbound. However when I look for information on the CDO documentation on the web, I always see a comment about how it is end of life, and I shouldn't be using it. What else is there, any suggestions?
