RC-RES to FIVEWIN CODE

Hello,
Perhaps one of us already has a program that can automatically convert RES or RC files into FIVEWIN code.
Does anyone have an idea how to do it best and fastest.

If I would like to change from lines to PIXEL what is the best factor.
