Necesito hacer una ribbon angosta, lo cual se logra con facilidad si uno disminuye el ancho de la ribbon achica los bitmaps, los botones, etc.




Pero, me sucede que el fuente queda un poco grande para el tamaño de los botones, y a su vez no puedo regular la distancia entre los botones la cual queda bastante mayor.

Como se puede resolver estos dos problemas, ¿Sería posible que esta distancia se ajustara entre los botones automaticamente al modificar el ancho de la ribbon?

With a little adjust in the SIZE CLAUSE and the position, it works perfectly, was very simple, but I was confused.
