Hello,
While minimize the ‘n’ number of dialogbox, they are placed bottom of the screen horizontally. How can I manage, if I want to keep them vertically or alike drop down menu placed at bottom?

That behavior is automatically managed by the Windows API.
Have you tried to change the oDlg:nTop and oDlg:nLeft of the iconized dialog ?
