I think the problem is "No secure" domain
it does not depend on the connection that each of us has but on the security certificate of the domain
for a sample
https://www.fivetechsoft.com/english/index.php is secure because have https protocol
look at the lock above if there is a red bar it is no secure , you must convert your website from htpp to htpps
it seems that the domain "forums.fivetechsupport.com" is not secure, ie it has no security certificat, now let's Encript is free
some hosting give the let's Encrypt certificate in the package when you buy a domain and hosting,
while for the other certificates the cost goes from 50 euros upwards / year

I don't think so, and it's worth a try anyway,because the links should not take the htpps string but only the page in html (or php)

Please delete all the cookies on these forums and reload it.
Now the auto login could be fixed

It seems as solved! We changed the below zero into a 365 value. We could try with 99.999 also.
