I download libcurl-x64.dll
and put in the folder with the same name

If you don't include the RC (and RES) does the app run ?
i have the same error without RC , but I have no RES file

Please download all the DLLs from that URL and have them where your EXE is

If the app does not start, please start building a small PRG, check that runs and keep adding more PRGs until we discover where such error is coming from
