sudden problem with tscrollpanel -RESOLVED

if I press the vertical scroll it does not go forward. I can only scroll with the mouse wheel
What's happened ?

the same problem I have on another tscrollpanel

with the older version of fwh it worked fine without errors.

I saw that with fwh 19.05 run ok
with fwh 21.1, 21.2 and last fwh not run ok

Since from 1991/1992 ( fw for clipper Rel. 14.4 - Momos)

I use : FiveWin for Harbour March-April 2024 - Harbour 3.2.0dev (harbour_bcc770_32_20240309) - Bcc7.70 - xMate ver. 1.15.3 - PellesC - mail: silvio[dot]falconi[at]gmail[dot]com

there are news for the scroll panel, I have all blocked, I cannot scroll the umbrellas on the beach or select the products
the scrollpanel does not work
what has been changed?
