Mine is working fine today. I have never had your problem. You seem pretty certain that the problem is Resedit, but since others are not having the problem that you are, it must be something to do with your specific computer.

Did you try disabling your antivirus? (I am running both Webroot and Malwarebytes antiviruses.)

How about a fresh reboot?

Is there another computer that you can try it on?

It also is possible that your copy of Resedit is infected. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling a fresh copy.

There are several people having the same problem .. look in the Spanish forum .. there is the same instance there .. This is not my machine .. like a few weeks ago .. Resedit just quit working .. then 2 days later it magically just started working ... Antonio had the same experience ..

Armando is sending me a video and his version pf Pelles C .. let me see if I can use Pelles .. I am not a dot net fan and would hate to pollute my machine with Visual Studio

Ok, but there are several people not having the same problem also. So there must be something about your computer that is different than mine (and others). That is why I suggested some things to try to eliminate the problem. How long would it take to try them, 30 minutes?
