WINDOWS 11 style tests

I made a little test emulating WINDOWS 11. I decided to take this style for WINHOTEL DS DualServer.

Hello friends,

I use the Genesis sample, which is part of mod harbour.
Antonio provided for us a very clever way with views.
This way you can insert and extend your software easily.

I thought to that it would be useful to be able to move the menu and resize it.
I worked on that today.
