DOC-BASED APPOINTMENT System

I have programmed a simple document-based appointment system using TotalCommander.

The program creates daily folders for the next years in advance.

Documents that you want to put on appointment are simply dragged into the appropriate folder.

The program shows all day folders and marks folders with content. You can then open TotalCommander directly from the day.

On the left you will see all day folders and on the right the day is open.

The documents can then be easily edited, deleted and moved.

Hello friends,
Now you can choose between Explorer or TotalCommander for display.
I didn't think it would be so easy to open the EXPLORER with a predefined path.

Best regards,
Otto

Hello friends,
We all get the same 24 hours, but in the end with the doc-based appointment management you
achieve more with your time than other's thanks to a good time management.

If someone is interested in co-developing, please let me know.

Some extensions:
Double click - Open TotalCommander
Right mouse button - open Explorer

New function: You can now also enter a note or an appointment via the button Appointment note.

For appointments with an alarm function, the file name must begin with # and then the time in the format HH.MM
Best regards,
Otto

Hello friends,

Now you can automatically convert the Outlook email to a WORD file with one click.
This has the great advantage that you can continue to edit the content.

Best regards,
Otto
