I saw the Folder Style is different
tabs are detached from the dialogs and are smaller

this is the new folder (visual Basic 7 on win 10)
the tabs are like buttons, they are detached from each other and detached from the dialogs that have the border
the edges of the get control are less pronounced
Maybe the change is small to do, I can't find the tab building function in Tfolder.prg otherwise I would have tried it myself
