I suggest you to install ADS libs using this way:

2 - Unzip files : tar -xf namefile.tar ( i don't remember the exact name of file )
3 - Go to folder aceapi xx.xx.xx
4 - Set permission to setup.pl using chmod +x setup .pl
5 - Install libs using ./setup.pl

I tried to install ADS libs with setup.pl and I found that it puts libace.so and libadsloc.so both in /usr/lib (64 bits version) and in /usr/lib32.
Anyway I did not manage to make it work.

I am sorry but I did not find out how to contact you via email.
Could you please send me mod_harbour libs (libharbour.so and mod_harbour.so) that work for you on Ubuntu 20.04 64 bit?
