RE: the forum - many now auto translate to the user's language. People can post in any language, but it will be available to the readers in their native language.

I am familiar with all you mentioned on the setup. I see a real advantage for this. My clients are all using site based systems ( with one computer being a data server ). Many of my clients have asked about being able to do some things mobile, and this would be the perfect solution, accessible from essentially any device.

I will study the example, but it also refers us to the forum for discussions. That is what I'm needing to filter through. I want to review that input.

It is a worthy approach and I look forward to studying it for the benefits it will offer.

However, this will not work on a cloud hosted server as I doubt very much you will be allowed to install a .exe that accepts connections outside of their security configurations. For example, if you want your app hosted on AWS you probably can't install that .exe, or can you?
