Image Recognition
Posted: Fri Oct 13, 2023 05:36 AM

Hi,

There are photos of various tables. I need to recognize them in Word/Excel.

Is it possible to do this via FW or is it necessary to use some other software ?

Important: Data from Picture in Excel for Windows is only supported on Windows 11 or Windows 10 version >=1903 (must have Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime installed).

as i know update KB5031356, for Windows 10 / 11, include "Microsoft Edge Webview2" 32 Bit and 64 Bit
so every Windows 10 / 11 PC will get it automatic

Hi, Jimmy

You're right. I often use Webview in my programs and have not put it separately for a long time because it is already present in Windows 10 automatically

It would be nice to see an example of using the recognition method in Excel

Hello Jimmy,

Can you say something about how it is with Windows Server?

Thanks in advance,
