Some questions about FWH 64-bits, xharbour and xharbour professional

Posted: Mon May 18, 2026 12:11 PM

Hello,

Right nog I'm using :

  • FWH 26.03
  • Harbour 3.2.0 (May 2025)
  • xHarbour Professional (January 2020) - only for debugging
  • BCC 773

I notice that there is no evolution anymore in xHarbour Professional which I use only for debugging purposes. Its debugger is to my opinion the least bad one.

For FWH I use MAK-files to build my applications, using Harbour.
What changes do I need to do if I want to use xHabour from xHarbour.org?

And what do I need to do to move to FWH 64-bits?

Thank you very much in advance for any help.

Regards,

Michel D.

Dear Michel,

For FWH I use MAK-files to build my applications, using Harbour.
What changes do I need to do if I want to use xHabour from xHarbour.org?
And what do I need to do to move to FWH 64-bits?

Please provide us the MAK-file you are using and we will adapt it to use xHarbour.org

Same for FWH 64 bits 👍🏻

regards, saludos
