Is it possible that my 32 bits program not function well under windows 11 or is it my printer HP4120e??

A 32-bit Windows application can run on 64-bit Windows 11 through WOW64, so being 32-bit does not by itself explain a problem. That does not tell us yet whether the issue is in the application, its printing path, the printer driver, or the printer.
Could you describe exactly what happens? Does the program fail to start, show an error, print a blank or incomplete page, or not print at all? Please include the exact error message (if any), your FWH version, and how the printer is connected. To narrow it down, does the same report print correctly to Microsoft Print to PDF, and can Windows print a test page to the HP 4120e?
With those results we can look at the right part of the problem rather than guessing.
