IsActiveX function

I write

   IF !IsActiveX( "RMChart.RMChartX" )
      MsgStop( "Non è possibile produrre il grafico.")
      RETURN ( nil )
   ENDIF

and harbour show this message

Where I mistake?
I use FWH 6.12
