xplook.rc does not seem to work

Using:

FWH 7.01 + xHarbour Builder Enterprise Jan 2007
have added xplook.rc to the .xbp file
also the Windowsxp.Manifest file is in the same folder
with xplook.rc and .xbp (date October 20, 2003)

Nothing happened, my display is still the same?? does not seem to work??

Please help.

Sorry guys, I forgot to put this line:

1 24 "WindowsXp.manifest" to the RC file.
