On a program run ok on 16 bit the preview not run on 32 bit ( white paper)
I recompiled testprn2 to test the print preview
the testprn2 make the same : White paper
How can I correct this error

That is fixed on FWH 2.6. Its not a simple fix to implement as there are many changes.
What screen resolution are you using ?
I tryed now with 1400x1050
but I tryed also with 1280x768
why this error ?

FWH 2.6 uses 32 bits Windows metafiles for the preview and has been greatly modified to properly support them. So there is no an easy fix.
I can't tell you for sure why you get that error, as 16 bits metafiles are no longer used.

Yes, FWH 2.7 properly manages reports previews using 32 bits EMF files, without showing empty pages.
