Errror compiling xBrowse sample

Hi,

I get an unresolved external, when I build the xBrwose sample (TestxBrw.prg) from latest FWH.

Turbo Incremental Link 5.00 Copyright (c) 1997, 2000 Borland
Error: Unresolved external 'AdsCloseCachedTables' referenced from C:\XHARBOUR71\LIB\RDDADS.LIB|adsfunc

Do I miss somthing ?

Are you using the most recent ADS libraries ?

I don´t know, rddads is from latest xharbour, ace32.lib is from 12.04.2006. Are there newer libs ?

are these files the latest libs ?

Maybe i miss a lib in buildx.bat, i have no experience with Ads

Stefan,

We can't tell you for sure as we don't use ADS. Anyhow, if you don't need it too, you can remove rddads.lib and ace32.lib from the buildh.bat file (or buildx.bat)

Ok, thanks, I removed the calls to ADS and now its´s working
