AdsMgGetLockOwner
Returns the owner of a specific lock.

AE_SUCCESS (0) on success. Error code on failure.
Description
AdsMgGetLockOwner returns information about the user who holds the lock on a specific record in a table. Useful for diagnosing lock conflicts.
